How To Use: 

1. Dispense a liberal amount of product onto a cotton pad and gently wipe over the entire face
2. Be careful to remove makeup around the eyes without tugging on the skin
3. No need to rinse the face with water after using the cleansing water
4. Follow up with a foam cleanser for a double cleanse or use as the last step of cleansing to tone and prep the skin for skincare
